SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY

 

At the moment we are only able to deliver to customers within England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days of receiving your order.  Please be aware that during busy periods such as Christmas or Mothers day, our dispatch target of 2-3 days may be slightly longer as we work hard to get all your parcels ready for our postal carrier  to ship out. In this situations we will get your parcel dispatched within 5 working days.

Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail's standard 2nd class delivery service, which aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 days: but please be aware that it may take longer during peak or holiday times.  Please note that to keep our service to you as efficient as we can, we reserve all rights to change our delivery carrier as required.

To keep costs as low as possible your parcel will NOT BE TRACKED OR INSURED. Our standard charge for this service is £3.60. However, If you need your parcel urgently or prefer to have it tracked or signed for, please select an alternate delivery option available at checkout.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50

If you live in the Ruddington area of Nottingham and have a NG11 postcode we are able to deliver free of charge to your home.  Please use the notes section at checkout if you would like this, and make sure to include your email address and phone number so that we can you contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

 

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your online order but you need to do so in writing within 7 working days.  Due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns if they are returned to us unopened, in their original packaging, and remain in a merchantable condition. You must return your goods to us within 14 days of you receiving them.  Contact us at soapbubble.info@gmail.com to arrange return (please include your order ref number).  The cost of returning any goods under the above circumstances will be paid for by the customer. We recommend obtaining a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.  We will process your return and issue your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of your return. Please note we will only refund the cost of your products and not the delivery costs.

if your goods were received damaged please notify us within 7 days of receipt at soapbubble.info@gmail.com. Please include a photo of your damaged goods and your order ref number.  We will replace damaged goods free of charge. However due to the limited amount of each product manufactured it may not be possible to offer a direct replacement.  In these circumstances you will be allowed to select an alternative product of equivalent value or receive a refund including delivery costs.  Refunds for for goods which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded.
