PLACING AN ORDER: You are responsible for ensuring your order is correct prior to purchase and that you have included everything you need.  We are unable to change an order once it has been received by us and we are unable to combine delivery costs on separately placed orders.  The information you provide must relate to you and not a third party. Please note that once your order has been placed it does not mean that your order has been fully accepted by the Soap Bubble, and that we, the Soap Bubble, reserve the right to cancel or decline any order without notice.  In the event an order is cancelled or declined and payment has already been accepted we will refund the full cost of your order including any delivery charge.

PRICING:  All of our prices are in (£) pounds sterling, and at this present time does not include valued added tax (VAT).  If this situation changes we will make this notice clear visible at checkout.  We reserve the right to change prices of our products as when necessary and without prior notice. Any price change will not apply to products already purchased.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We are unable to ship to any country outside of England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland

PAYEMENT METHODS:  Payment must be received before and order can be dispatched. We accept PayPal or Credit Card payments.  Please note that you do not need to be registered with PayPal if using this payment option.

SAFETY:

We can confirm that all cosmetics products on this website conform to the European Union Regulation (EC) No123/2009 on Cosmetic Products (as may be amended from time to time), and have all the applicable cosmetic product safety reports. N.B whilst the UK has left the EU certain pieces of legislation will still apply which is why you will still see reference to EU regulations in UK legislations.
